Not really. I just think his Si is too high to be inferior. Then again, some say that about my Se, so who knows.

There is Si-tertiary for the INFP. I wouldn't consider INTP very strongly, but who knows?

Using the Wayback Machine I discovered that CPP stands for Consulting Psychologists Press.

Thanks for all of your opinions. I think we've settled on INFP 6 with an instinctual stacking of Sp/Sx most likely.

The INFP 6 tends to be a bit more cerebral than the more common types (4 and 9), which can make them appear as a thinking type at times. They also have a stronger Ne-Si axis (think typical 6 anxiety being triggered by Si and played out through Ne).

Although not the most flattering of descriptions (are any of them ever really that flattering?), we both decided it was an accurate description of him and also explains his stronger than expected Si, which is probably a result of experiences he has lived through.
