What could be my type?

Hey,

Recently got interested in the Myer-Briggs personality types. I've already taken several tests and studied the different cognitive functions of each type. So I have some idea on what type would suit me best. However, I was wondering how others would type me using a user made questionnaire of this site. Also, I haven't come to a conclusion myself, the tests always gives me a different result, and even after reading I'm not sure what type I may be. So without further ado, here are my answers!

(I'll try to be as succinct as possible)

1. During your youth (7'ish to 18), What did you focus on the most? What activities did you like and why? What aspect of life was lax in attention?
Never had much friends, from age 5-11, had one best friend. Always played with legos. From age 12-18, had more friends due to my older brother. Played a lot of basketball in my own backyard, throwing the ball around helped me ease my mind, I would make up stories in my head when doing that, those stories sticked with me ever since, wrote them all down.

EDIT: To add something. Also did regular stuff, wasn't always just me and my friend. Have 2 brothers and two cousins with whom I had a good relationship back then. We would just play outside like regular kids too. But I loved legos, and every now and then some random things (moon, egyptian gods,...). Something that I still have, but I already had it as a kid, is that my interests could be really specific, when reading comics for example I would take interest in very minor characters. I remember that I had that with one of the villain's henchman in TinTin's the black island. Same goes for the god Seth and I have many examples, those were mainly based on their looks and their position.

2. 2. You're in you senior year of high school (or whatever equivalent) and you are looking back over the last couple of years. What was your favorite aspect of the schooling experience and why? Favorite subject and why?
In comparison with university. I liked how trivial everything was. My grades weren't that good, but I never really bothered to study and yet it felt like smooth sailing. Favorite subjects were history and the humanities; geography could be interesting at times.

3. A couple of friends call and invite you out to a restaurant. While there, you all are pleasantly conversing and one of your friends makes a comment that irked you. What are you're thoughts and how do you respond?
Depends, on how much it irked me and in what way it annoyed me. I could ridiculize it, say nothing or if it really bugged me be serious about it. But I tend to let things like that pass on.

4. Your schooling is done and it's time to strike out into the world!! What sort of career do you want to go into and why?
Working for the police always interested me. Not the regular police force, more like the federal department of justice and police (not sure if that's the right way to translate it). Being an analyst for the state security service also interests me, as does being a teacher (that's the career that my own teachers adviced me to pursue), but I'm not sure if I'm qualified for that, I'm not always as clear and articulate as I like to be

5. A friend is getting married and they put you in charge of the cake. You narrowed it down to two places to make an order. The first is a bakery with whom you got a good relationship with. The other is a well-known cake maker to whom everyone goes to (your friend hints to it as well). Which one do you choose and why?
If I'm positive my friend makes a good wedding cake, I would go there. Don't care about public opinion, and if I can do my good friend a favor, why not kill two birds with one stone then? Could also be an opportunity to introduce a new name to the game, people might just like him more than the other well-known cake maker.

6. You get into an argument with a friend/family member/co-worker. They criticize one of your personality traits. What would most likely be the focus of their critique?
Didn't happened that long ago that I couldn't move things further with a girl because of one of my 'bad traits'. She said that I was way to passive and inert. And I've heard that one many times before, one of my teachers in high school told me I was too nonchalant, another teacher told me that it always looks like I'm not quite 'there' during the lectures and that I'm way too passive.

7. It's New Years! You and your friends are out and about after a party. Being drunk, one of your friends suggests to do something....'questionable' (Nothing serious. I.e, drugs, escort, etc.). What are your thoughts and how do you respond?
Drugs would be off limits for me. I'll stick with alcohol. But if my friends want to do it, go ahead, I would probably think they are lame though. No, I'm sure I would find them lame, certainly when I know some of those friends aren't on board either, but just go along with it.
That being said, I have no problem being around people who use drugs (soft drugs), as long as their presence is not bothersome. It's the same with drinking alcohol, know your limits, don't be a nuisance.

8. A new art gallery opens up and your friend wants to go to the grand opening. Both of you analyze all the paintings and sculptures. What about these works warrants the most attention from you? Why?
I would try to estimate the amount of craftsmanship the creator of a certain piece of art would need to posses to be able to create it. I can't stand that bullshit 'art', where you place a bananapeel on a stick and then ramble on about capitalism or how the essence of a jug is it's emptiness. It can be art, alright. But if that kind of art is the onyl thing you can do, then you're not an artist. Duchamp could paint.

9. You have been saving up and decide to buy a new car. At the dealership, you peruse the lots. What are the criteria and factors that influence your choice? Which one would initially be your main focus?
It needs to be comfortable and practical. I'm not really into flashy or fast cars, though if I would go for a car with a lot of horsepower, I would go for a car that doesn't show it has that amount of power. A sleeper or whatever you gearheads would call it. You can probably tell that I don't know anything about cars.

10. Yep, you now have a kid (sex of your choosing)! Years pass and they are now 15 years old. You notice their personality traits are the complete opposite of how you were when at their age. Describe how they are. Describe the possible conflicts that would arise between both of you due to differing temperaments.
They couldn't be alone for a long time, feel the need to be around people all the time. Would be bold and more out there, probably more optimistic too.
I don't know how I would clash with them. I'd expect my kids to be well-considered, be a bit hungry for knowledge and think before you act. Don't be naive. In general I'm not one to have an explosive temper, but I can be impatient at times. So I can imagine if my patience is put to the test I can be an annoying guy. When I look at the things that annoy me in my close relatives, it are things like being inefficient (always making things more complicated than they are) that always make me stressed. Also, my children would always be late.

It's a bit long, but I'm looking forward to your results!

Best regards,

Claudius

Or maybe - to help out -, I'll reveal my test results. So most tests gave me INTJ or INFP. They don't seem to have much in common save for Te.
Based on my own research off the internet I would type myself as an ISFP, but I'm not sure. Would ISFP seem like a plausible guess based on my answers?

It's quiet in here. But I'm still trying to figure out what type would suit me best. I took another test, one that someone posted in another thread on this forum; Tests. And again fucking LII-0 TiNe (INTj). I do think I'm more of a feeler type, even though I might not show it.

Other possibilities

ILE (ENTp): 71% as likely as LII. Compare the LII (INTj) and ILE (ENTp)
ILI (INTp): 67% as likely as LII. Compare the LII (INTj) and ILI (INTp)
LSI (ISTj): 65% as likely as LII. Compare the LII (INTj) and LSI (ISTj)

ENTP is a new one, but it seems unlikely.

Hey answer these questions for me, okay? (You can answer in as much detail as you want.)

* I don't believe anyone can 'type' you but yourself because typing really comes down to someone knowing their own inner processes but what I can do is give you a type you 'seem' like and you can go from there. (As well as using others' suggestions.)

1. When you see this image, what immediately comes to mind?

2. When you see this image, what immediately comes to mind?

3. Do you believe in things such as: Chakras, Reincarnation, and The Law Of Attraction?

4. Did your family have any influence over your religious upbringing?

5. Are you a hopeful person?

6. Do you naturally feel better alone or around people?

7. What drains you?

8. When you get stressed out, what are your negative traits? (Example: Are you more quiet, violent, lose touch with reality, etc?)

9. What do you think of this person?

10. If you had to get rid of all of your human senses and instincts, except one, which one do you think you'd keep?

Part 2.

1. Are you good at detecting an oncoming conflict? (Example: You can tell that a conversation is about to get out of hand)

2. Do you seek similarities or differences?

3. Do you 'feel' something is wrong and then find an argument or fact to back it up?

4. Are you socially appropriate? (Example: People who are socially appropriate say please, thank you, or may adjust themselves to the social atmosphere of a person or a place.)

5. Do you make an effort not to be disagreeable with others?

6. What are your spiritual beliefs and why do you think/feel this way about them?

7. Sometimes do you feel as though you just 'know' information yet you can't give evidence or explain why/how you know?

8. Do you notice behavioral patterns? (Example: You notice that someone only raises their hand when the teacher says a certain word)

9. List morals you live by that cannot be debated or changed under ANY circumstances.

10. Is your room messy or clean?

11. What is the reason for the universe and human existence?

Answer these questions and if you're up for it, I might ask you a set of new ones until I feel I'm close to a type.

ISTP 9w1 though which is an interesting combination. Instinctual varient... too hard to say.

Virtualinsanity typed me as an INTJ, based on use of Ni-Te. I still need to read up on the types as Jung described them, so I haven't made my mind up myself. I know one thing the stereotypes surrounding the INTJ personality type don't really fit me. But I guess it's more about cognitive functions then it is about stereotypes. It just seems weird that I have so little in common with other INTJ's I see on these kind of forums.
I put my virtualinsanity answers in the spoiler in case you're still intrigued enough to find something out about which type I could be :).

Strange, I could swear I already replied to this yesterday. Anyway virtualinsanity also guessed INTJ for me. I haven't read up on the Jungian descriptions of each function, but I'll be doing that in the near future. But for me INTJ stays unlikely, I just don't see any resemblance to other INTJ's you see on forums like this. Why would you think ISTP? And if you're still interested I'll put my answers for virtual insanity's questions in the spoiler below!

The description for 9w1 makes a lot of sense to me. Virtualinsanity guessed INTJ for me based on my answers for her questions, I put them in the spoiler below! But I still can't relate to other INTJ's I see on forums like this. What made you think I am an ISTP?
