What is the difference between an INFJ and an ISFJ?
How will one be able to identify him/herself if he/she is an INFJ or an ISFJ?
What would most probably be the conflict between the two if ever both types meet?

INFJs are much much more contemplative, and much less concretely practical.

All of the above, as long as you don't take CC quite at face value.

The ISFJ will likely be more concerned with day-to-day activities and practical matters than the fantasy-oriented, very idealistic INFJ.

I recall ISFJ is the most common type for females? INFJ is in the other end. I'd expect the difference between them to be as drastic as the headcount between these types. You see, INFJs have multiple heads and they're all fighting for control.
