Thanks for sharing! My enneagram is the same, so I can relate.

Narcissism Warning: I have many traits of each category, and the questions on each test were too situational to provide adaquate evaluation for largely diversified multi-talented individuals. At the very least, I'm a 2,3, and 4 with no preference.

My real question is... so, if I can do just about anything by profession, why can so few of things make me happy long term?

I see two potential solutions:

1. Do something new, reach proficiency, then move to the next thing. Rinse. Repeat.

2. Search for those few things that will make you happy, and push material things aside and see what happens.

Even if (2) didn't last, I think it would provide the fulfillment of purpose that we can't out-achieve or outrun. Meanwhile, it's operation critical to be willing to die for your beliefs, so that you are enabled to die to self, and walk in your true identity without all the affliction. That's where your real gold is, if you haven't found it yet. I'm trying to get there myself.

Yep.
