I need my typology experts!

Here is some information about my friend who I think might be INTP or INTJ:

• Physics major
• Never does his assignments but manages to get 97% on exams (ugh)
• Claims he is messy and disorganized
• Talks in a monotone
• VERY sarcastic
• Always raises his hand in class to show off how much he knows
• Laughs loudly in class when something funny is said
• Has experimented with a lot of drugs
• Seems nervous around me or something like maybe socially awkward?
• Never talks about emotional topics ever

That's all I can think of. I hope this is fun to figure out?
