Those are a combination of Linda Berens' and Lenore Thomson's descriptions (and perhaps other sources). It appears the first paragraph from each are from Berens, and the second is from Thomson. (Not bothering to trace the others).
I guess it is good, as they clarify each other, but that person did not write that stuff.
