I checked the link in the OP and it's pretty clear you are T , and is this thread your case is much more P and much more suited to ENTP in general. You have already made the case for E, i just havn't seen any info on S/N. (yet)

Ironically, years. But they're vague sketched out plans that fill in and shift as time goes by. But I've always got a vision of what I want to do/accomplish, and how I'll achieve it.

The latter. However I do the refining by evaluating the possibilities and envisioning how it'll affect me down the road.
