Do ENTJs have a tendencies to micromanage the work of others?

  • Yes. I see this happening often enough to consider it common ENTJ behavior.

I can see micromanaging kicking in if something that needs to be done is for some reason in the hands of incompetent people and for some reason it is not possible to dismiss them entirely, hence the only option to ensure success is to try to supervision their work?

Or as a general reassurance of guidance of the project when responsible people aren't? Or when they fail to produce adequate results? Overall, I can see the "more power to who can make my life easier" moto to be adequate.

My ENTJ uni friend would be more Te then me, mostly when procrastination would get on the way of things, he would ensure things would keep rolling and I would try to compensate with Ne input. Lazy ass PENT's.

That's what I was going for, but I guess it's not common enough to describe as typical ENTJ behavior.

How many ENTJs voted no?

^_^

How many people voted *no* just to annoy SimulatedWorld?

I thought it was supposed to be more...metaphorical. Was I wrong?

It's supposed to reflect your two argumentative styles, obviously heightened to the level of "cheap joke with geeky reference". :D

SW builds and builds and builds to the point of absurdity, only to have Jaguar act all confrontational and dismiss it. As you both tend to do. :newwink:

I feel nerdy explaining it
