I wouldve guessed introvert for both, but I guess the second could be extrovert. Or maybe they are ambiverts. If these are hypothetical people though, how can you ever know?

there isn't enough information to tell whether they are extroverted or introverted. i know people like "A" that are extroverted and people like "B" that are introverted

Assuming the first four traits for person B are what first come to mind when describing that person, I can't see them being INTP.

I suppose it is all subjective, and from what the rest of my group seem to think, he may be an E.

But what do I know, i just work here.

These hypothetical people were deliberately made ambiverted.

One is quiet but enjoys and is energized by people.
The other is loud and bossy but is somewhat worn out by people.

The first one is IXFP.
The second one is EXTJ.

The S/N is almost irrelevant here- my descriptions could adequately describe INFP/ISFP for #1 and ENTJ/ESTJ for #2.

This confirms something I've been thinking about Te-dominant types for #2- in order to be an extravert, you don't necessarily have to enjoy spending time with people- you can't choose whether you are an introvert or extravert. The first one is Fi-dominant and while he has preferences towards introversion, he likes being with people and will spend a lot of time with them.

Drat! There isn't an answer?

A: Extroverted - More of a quiet information sponge-type extroverted
B: Introverted - Could be SJ type, "It has to be MY WAY"

To me, ambiversion just means youre E or I and have parts of your personality that push for the opposite.

I wouldn't rule out NTJ for the second person; it's NJs who enjoy doing things "their way." SJs do things in a way that's worked before.

Introvert or Extravert for these two?

i know some people dont agree with my ENTJ label based on what ive posted before, both here and on other sites. For my "IRL" self, I fit "B" very well... and everyone else seems to agree that its xXTJ... reassuring, though i dont really need it.
