Most of you may know me from INTPc, but for those that don't:
I'm currently a typical college student in Southern California, trying to figure out just what i'm going to be doing with the rest of my life while trying to make some sort of dent in the world. Most of my long term goals are artistic in nature. I'm interested in the theatre, and have recently written a ten minute play. I hope to write a full length one soon, but until then, i've been trying to write some good poetry, which is a slightly smaller but just as arduous journey.
I juggle, play piano, and am learning to play guitar. I want to learn how to play the hurdy gurdy so that I can make some awesome sea-shanty type music.

Hey! Thanks for showing us your freakishly large thumbs right up front. It really gets things out on the table.
Hurdy gurdy, huh? That's pretty rad. How much do those go for these days? I'm buying an autoharp with my next paycheck I think, so maybe we can make eclectic folk music together over the internets.

Yeah, outright and honest is the best way to be, right?

Hurdy Gurdies actually quite expensive for their size because not many people make them anymore, and there are a lot of small parts that need to be fitted by hand. If you're interested, Here's a website that makes them so you can get an idea of what they look like and the price range. But I probably won't be getting one anytime soon. *grumble*
Also, here's some sound bits. Kind of like a stringed kazoo.

Welcome, Ghost-Girl.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”
