  • A possible answer to an INTJ looking for relationships... Most of what she said resonated with me - especially the points up front about needing someone who can support, provide mental stimulation and is willing to discuss things. She suggests INFP and INFJ as good matches but said INTJs can work with any type (which I believe to pretty much be true).

With my ideal there has to be a definite mental compatability. I don't think I need someone to debate my ideas- I think I have a good group of friends who can help me- but at least she can at least listen and support them. I think this is possible with all types, but NFPs probably work best. Dating an ENFP now and we have awesome discussions- I give her the structure and focus she needs, and she sometimes adds that human element to my ideas.
