Its a matter of what you are used to. Jung said that development of anima/animus starts from opposite sex parental relationship, this similar idea is shared in freuds idea of oedipus complex. While i agree that there is some truth in this, the actual truth is much wider and imo is more about all the relationships you have had(not just parental or romantic, but also friends and other people whos communication style you have had to adjust to during the life). Basically if you are used to ESFP communication style and cognitive styles, it doesent matter what type you are, since you have adjusted your psyche to work with this sort of cognitive style and learned to appreciate(or maybe hate) it.

This is not to say that certain types wouldnt be more easily adjusted to cognitive styles of other types, but the real world choices are a combination of learned and natural preferences, not only about what comes most natural to you if you have spent your whole life in a box and never met any other person.
