There's a girl I work with whose type I've always wondered. Can you help me out?

I'm pretty sure she's Se dom...she's very conscious of details, likes the outdoors, doing psychical activities that require motor coordination, has very good dress sense (including dressing with a lot of colors etc)...

But then I wonder about her secondary and third functions. When I met her, she seemed very hard-working and fair, and told me how she respected me because I seemed to work a lot (lol not true). She also told me that what she wants from the job is to learn as much as possible about one topic and become a specialist in it (unlike me, for ex, I want to learn a bit about everything).
She also seems quite emotional, in a rebellious way. She's always complaining about my boss and often she will argue with him, in front of him, with no problems. Then, we had a sub-boss come, and she told me we would be a team and *fuck* the new sub-boss, if we didn't like her. So, I thought of Fi. ESFP.

BUT THEEEN.....she started liking the sub-boss and now has completely turned on me. And completely befriended the sub-boss and will bend to anything the sub-boss wants, even if it's completely different from her personality. Also, she's very aggressive and half of the time does not understand how her actions hurt me. So, I thought of Fe. ESTP.

In addition, I can tell she appreciates me when I come full force with the Te and try to "fix the problem". Which leads to understand she's not good on the Te. So that would mean she'd have Te as a third function and Fi as a second, and I'm back to ESFP.

I'm confused......

(ps today she told me that our stereotype is I think she's aggressive, and she thinks I play the victim. oh, and she also thinks i think she's dumb....does that help?)
(ps 2. she's a sensor, definitely, but she also has more patience - and even finds it funny - when i go crazy with my Ne. she def has more patience for it than my ESFJ sub-boss. does that help? oh, and my boss boss is an ENTJ)
(ps 3. she' actually quite similar to my sister, who's an ISFJ, except my sister is super diplomatic and quiet and this girl is more expansive and more aggressive)

I kind of thought of ESTP when reading your post.

Sounds more ESFP to me. The flightiness isn't really an ESTP thing and having Fi doesn't mean you never submit to another person's desires. She's not submitting because the person's her superior, she's submitting because she decided she likes her. I get more emotional clutter out of what you described than decisiveness.

No offense but the ESTPs I know are quite strategic in their careers and befriending your boss is probably a good idea if you want to make your life easier and go places. ESTPs also live in the moment and maybe revised their opinion. And also... ESTPs have tertiary Fe. :)

I was thinking ESFP till the first p.s... that appears to be ESTP for reasons i can't explain.

I think she may be an ESFP.

Also, she's very aggressive and half of the time does not understand how her actions hurt me. So, I thought of Fe.

I haven't the slightest clue why. That actually sounds like Se/Fi/Te getting rowdy.

Also "admiring hard work" and admiring when you use Te, just probably means it's her tertiary function, rather than it being a dom or aux function. That childlike admiration is usually wrapped up in the tert.

The way to tell the difference (I am half joking) is to see whether this person is a cheerleader or an athlete. Cheerleader = ESFP and Athlete = ESTP
