You know you're an SP when you believe that actions speak louder than words.

You know you're an ISP when you value depth and are deeply contemplative.

You know you're an ISTP when you do this logically... and everyone seems to see you as a sort of aloof and emotionless nerd.

...and yeah, I took this thread from the NT forum :alttongue:

You know your an STP when you walk around the kitchen island eating because its better then sitting at the table and eating.

You know your an STP when your pacing and someone asks if you are stressed and you respond "no, I am bored"

You know your an STP when you go to the store to buy a solid rubber wheel for your wheel borrow because you are tired of the stupid thing going flat when you go to move it after you loaded it up.

You know your an STP when you have an axe and a chain saw and you choose to use the axe to cut down the tree just for fun.

You know your STP when you join Martial Arts and you go to 3 classes on those days instead of one.

You know your an STP when you have a physically challenge way and a simple way and you choose the physically challenging way just for fun.

You know your an ISTP when you introvert and process stuff even while extroverting and doing. Like that introverting process never stops no matter what you are doing. What you end up with is a very physically active computer nerd :p I think I encompass STP the most...tossed up between E and I. I am not larger then life like Halla, but I could easily keep up with him physically...I dont mean muscle wise, just "busy body, doing stuff" wise. I lack the socialness as well which is another part of my introverted side.

you know you're istp when you're lazy as shit. You can easily just sit around and watch porn all day on your day off

You know you're an ESP when you can't seem to commit to anything... and hardly venture onto this forum (particularly ESFP).

When we can get a virtual party up in here, ESFPs will show up.

edit: I work off of caring, not commitment. Not sure why, but thats my commitment mechanism...you can fight trying to get me to commit or you can work with me. Not that I cant, but expect a really bumpy road otherwise. I know when it comes to commitment, there are usually to many variables to actually pin something down. If we narrow down the amount of variables its easier to commit. Other people have no problems with commitment, but dont follow through.

You know your ISFP when you make 20 an hour and can't seem to save a penny in the bank.

LOL...that reminds me of my sister...she is an E...but when I was 14/15 I used to be her bank. She was about 26 at the time. If the money was in a real bank it was to easy to spend.

I think Js are better at saving money anyway.

My sis is a J and she can't save but I'm really good at it so I dunno. I just assume ISFPS hate responsibility.

Why does every ISTP including myself wear underarmor.

Those kind of compression shirts were designed for us. Plus it keeps sweat away from the regular shirt you are wearing.

So true. Very well explained.

You know you're an ISTP when you have so many people who want to hang out but you don't have the energy to put them into your social rotation. You barely can juggle enough time for your main friends.

You know you're an ESP when you can't seem to commit to anything...

I beg to differ.
I've been working in the software industry since 1995.
I've been with my wife since 1994.

...and hardly venture onto this forum (particularly ESFP).

I have 6,241 posts, so maybe not so much an ESTP thing. :newwink:

-------------------------------------------------

(1) You know you're an ESTP when you point out silly errors for the sake of it.

(2) You know you're an ESTP when you have a huge interview tomorrow and you can't stop running around like batshit to prepare for it.

(3) You know you're an ESTP when you do descending drop sets to failure on every exercise at the gym, every time you go.

(4) You know you're an ESTP when you finish other people's sentences for them because they are talking too slow and you're impatient.

(5) You know you're an ESTP when you tell someone to do something and they don't get right to it, you follow up with "NOW!" :2ar15:

(6) You know you're an ESTP when you are at a huge international airport, and the escalators are full of people going up and down a 5 story multi-landing terminal, and you have a shitload of baggage, and there is no one on the stairs, and you bolt up the stairs two to three steps in each stride all the way to the top without stopping for a breath, and then walk calmly toward your gate.

And you are one very different ESTP to venture onto here and come away with some 6,243 posts (as of now)!

(2) Could also be just an Enneatype 3 thing.

(4) That's not just ESTP. That's the world of extroverts. Period.

(5) ST toughness

I thought this was an INTP thing. :D

(2) You know you're an ESTP when you have a huge interview tomorrow and you can't stop running around like batshit to prepare for it.

I see ESTPs as being the types more likely to just go in there and "wing it." I would expect J types to prepare more.

(3) You know you're an ESTP when you do descending drop sets to failure on every exercise at the gym, every time you go.

I don't know how ESTP that is.

(4) You know you're an ESTP when you finish other people's sentences for them because they are talking too slow and you're impatient.

That seems like ESTP

(5) You know you're an ESTP when you tell someone to do something and they don't get right to it, you follow up with "NOW!" :2ar15:

Could be ESTP or just impatience. I know some Te dominants who are like that.
