[MBTI General] ENTPs and ESTPs

I think the main difference is that an ENTP would stop and look around the intersection while the ESTP would run the red light and speed down the highway.

The ESTP would be blasting this loudly, while and ENTP would be blasting that loudly.

The ENTP would be driving this, and the ESTP would be driving that.

The ESTP license plate would be named "OMG ESTP," while the ENTP license plate would be named "LOL ENTP"

What if you're used to one of these.
Does that mean your personality is a certain way?

I do wonder though, how this applies to the drugs n rock n roll type of estp (who is a salesman extraordinaire on the side)...? I'm convinced my Ex (father of my children) is an ESTP, though because of his socopathic tendencies he often comes across as a feeler... he's not though.

ESTP are pragmatic, sometimes at the point to be too much pragmatic and neglect the long-term or the big picture, they are in-charge peoples who take the lead in situations and release the vibe of a commandant. ESTPs are more focused on their entrepreunarial projects, and their creativity is directly related on their sensory experiences, ENTP are more focused on their ideas that they are enthusiastic to cummunicate. ESTPs want to sell an idea, they repress Ni, so that they can overestimate the scope of their proposed solutions, ENTPs wan to share ideas and challenge your point of view, they repress Si so that they can neglect the small stuffs.

Overall, ESTPs arem more theatral and histrionic, ENTPs are more antisocial and intelectual. Both can be histrionic, antisocial, intelectual and theatral though. Both , also, tend strongly to be hypomaniac.

Also, ESTPs are concrete in tehir speech, ENTPs are abstract in their speech. Both are utilitarians.

there aren't always estp's who are very body and appearance oriented jocks, like you say, some are rebellious rock and roll types...or merely very politically gifted salesmen. Your ex very well could be ESTP because they have tertiary Fe. Tertiary Fe is actually the reason I think what otherwise seems like an ISTP could be ESTP. Like he's more reserved than I expect ESTP to be, but he seems awfully Se/Fe sometimes to be a relatively young guy. He's good with history and philosophy and sports, and he reads and types quickly, but hates school and seems awfully Fe at times rather than Ni.

FWIW I thought my ESFJ ex might be ESxP at first because of the sex drugs and rock and roll, plus weight lifting. But stereotypes aren't necessarily the best way to type people.
