There is a lot of imagery to my internal thought process. But there is a lot of information too. Trends, disparities, and odd connections between seemingly unrelated things kind of pop out to me. It is kind of hard to explain the entire thought process as it happens pretty much nonstop and quickly. For me its just a natural way to view the world. I don't how well that answers your question other than yes I do tend to visualize things.
