To jump aboard the 9 train, yes I think it's possible, as I myself am most likely an ENTP 9 as well.

Type 9 - 13.3
Type 7 - 10.3
Type 5 - 8.7
Type 8 - 6
Type 1 - 4.3

Those are the results from the linked test, depending on similar tests 9 and 7 usually come out on par for me, one time 7 seven slightly higher, the next time in favor of 9.

Edit: I just did the second test and this time it tells me I'm more 7w8SP.
