Something one notices when watching those films though, in basically ALL of them there's at least one (sometimes two) scenes where a character just falls down a very, very long, almost endlessly long shaft, whether it be an airduct or energy coiled tube or whatever...wtf? I guess Lucas' worst fear is falling down a shaft that he can't see the bottom of.

oh noes flacidity, indeed.

A big black shaft, often with junk at the bottom!

Fair enough...point taken! I agree, and really was ranting in a moment of frustration. FWIW, I *do* care that I'm annoying you. :p I literally cringed and kicked myself when I read your post. Perhaps I simply misunderstood the purpose of this thread?

I just wanted you to see what you looked like.
So I repeated your words back to you.

I have to give you points for even admitting your unfairness.

These types of threads are usually created by morons.
If you scan the forum, you'll see a lot of them.
You didn't misunderstand the purpose of this thread.
The purpose of this thread is to attack INTJs.
But that doesn't make it fair to do so, now does it?
Nope.
Attack someone for screwing with you.
Don't attack someone just because of their "type."

You can be part of the problem, or part of the solution.
The choice is yours.
:newwink:

this is just friendly personal opinion, but if you ask me, the stereotypes that are prevalent in the MBTI are like, the funnest part for me.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to do the same thing I do every night, Pinky.

Calm down, Jaguar, s/he took your original comments with grace. No need to pile on.

Kangirl--

Do you always read things into posts that don't exist?
No one is mad, or needs to "calm down."
"Piling on?"
I paid the person a compliment for admitting they were unfair.
Or don't you know what the phrase "giving points" means?
If anyone is in the wrong here, it's you.

I'm not going to support a bunch of assholes,
who create threads just to jump people, for their 4-letter type.
It's juvenile bullshit. Grow up.
And if you have a problem with me saying it's unfair,
I don't really give a shit.

Nice to hear from ya, Limey.

Hiya

I'm having trouble keeping track of which porn genre I'm discussing on which forum.
I don't want to experience any cross genre spillage between the two and wind up with a potential two stormtroopers, one cup, or Vader lemon party type scenario.
Cross posting at a domain level has to be like crossing the streams in Ghostbusters.

Hehe. Just this very evening I was discussing Clown Porn.

This "one cup" thing I feel could be integrated with Clown Porn to form a viable and interesting sub-genre?

I think that the cup could be replaced with the traditional circus clown pie.
That way, we get to enjoy two clowns and a whole pie. mmmm piiiiiiiiie.

My dh is an INTJ. INTJ/INFJ relationships.

Ah, I feel your pain. My DH is also an INTJ. I'm not a hater, but oh, how I wish I could change a few things. Like the fact that he is NEVER WRONG. He will defend and defend and defend - if he thinks he might actually be proven wrong, he points out some flaw that I have. I'll just stop there. I love INTJ's for many reasons, but on their worst days,

Now see? That's just what I mean. I'm guessing if I argued it would be wrong to kick a dog, you would give me a dissertation about why that is perfectly okay under the circumstances and defend your position at all costs. But if I agreed, then I would be morally questionable and therefore worthy of only your scorn. Tricky, tricky INTJ's. :rolleyes2:

Why I Hate INTJs

INTJs are arrogant, controlling "architects" who manipulate people and groups without regard for their wishes, needs or desires simply because INTJs feel only they "understand" their true "destinies" and therefore any evil deeds they do to meet their envisioned ends are justified....

Until that magic moment when the INTJ has his or her head shoved in a pile of their own refuse and they finally, finally, finally comprehend just how horrible they can be. Then one of two things happens:

1 - They realize that other people exist and are - in fact - people and that no, the INTJ does not know everything. I've watched this transformation happen three times. One INTJ - after his beloved wife threatened to leave him - became the local community organizer, dedicating his life to challenging those around him to see more clearly and think more often and finding his spirituality in nature. Another became a special education teacher, working with autistic children, after acknowledging herself as an emotionally abusive alcoholic who lived her life according to Ayn Rand. She now has a good relationship with her girlfriend and has written a very excellent book on surviving special ed (hopefully soon to be published *fingers crossed*). The third spent time teaching various languages in Japan, had an emotional breakdown and returned to the United States to seek therapy and more education. He is now doing very working on his doctorate and generally learning to be a kinder person to himself and others.

2 - Unable to cope with their lives, they become horrible people, lashing out in creative, intelligent and fiercely evil ways. I've seen this twice. The most dramatic was the brilliant mathematician who, after a run in with the dean of mathematics at the college she taught, set fire to her parents' home while they slept. Her parents survived, but her computer and trunks of papers on mathematics were destroyed. The second, when confronted with his wife divorcing him, began a "journey of self-discovery" which led him to believe the only "real thing" in the world was sex. So he began sleeping with anyone he could, ultimately getting herpes and passing that along to his soon-to-be ex-wife during their "goodbye sex." The divorce proceedings were... intense.

There's one more INTJ I'm watching, one who hasn't had his transformative moment yet. So far he's attempting to control everything around him, insulting and overwhelming everyone in his attempt to manipulate his visions into reality. Even though his overall vision seems good, his tactics are appalling. He uses politics to get people fired, isolates those he can't control and out talks others just to have them be confused and malleable. He lacks even the basic ability to be polite. He can't even be bothered to say "hello" or "goodbye."

In short, an INTJ with perspective can be wonderful. Without perspective, they can be appalling people without basic healthy boundaries.

On a personal note, I'd just as soon not have any more to do with INTJs. They take too much energy to deal with no matter how far away from their "epicenter" I am.
