I don't mean you shouldn't have goals and dreams, but so many are discontent with a life that others would envy.
It is a contradictory notion, strive! yet be content. It is, at least, what I aspire to.

I enjoy having dreams, and making plans, even though I may know from the start that some of it will only stay on the daydreaming stage. I can also enjoy the moment, little things to be grateful of. It's when you're starting to compare these two - the actual reality of things and the distant dream or idealized vision - that you end up being discontent.
Especially if your vision is unrealistic.
