I get drained speaking too long with HEAVY ti users. It frustrates me to no end if I feel we are covering a bunch of crap that most likely will not be a real issue. There has to be some balance for Ti that's weighs probability quickly. Help them separate the fluff from the important stuff without trying to account for every little detail.

Your problem is with them is not Ti, it is Ne (or maybe Se). Ti by its very design is a judging function. It doesn't need help separating the fluff from important stuff - that's its job. The problem is Ne keeps throwing more and more stuff at it.
