Z is falsely advertising when he says that is the car he wants...

No, I'm not.

The '67 Shelby GT500 has been my dream car since I was 15.

So you would be that guy and I would be that girl.

Actually, I would be me, and you would be you.

And, apparently, you are a person who puts people in boxes over what car they drive.

Why don't you just get a new truck or something to that effect, why the need/desire to be so bourgeois?

Why the need to label and hate?

YUM.....

I got the Infiniti over the A4...actually if I went for Audi it would have been A6. For some reason I see the G class Infiniti on the same line of the A6.

I'm actually looking at the A5 or S5.

The 6 is a little too big for my liking, and the 4 a little too small.

The 5: just right. :glasses:

Eek and you're complaining about bad taste in cars?

My thoughts exactly...

I actually have no problem with her choice of car, though.

Reason: I'm not a hater.

But, is it not ironic that she wants just about the most prototypical "bourgeois daughter" car you can find?

(Wait... maybe that's a Cabriolet...)

Hey now! Beatles are the best! I had a mustard yellow New Beetle with the turbo engine and stick shift, man, that thing was fun to drive, loved every minute of it except the 3 tickets I got in a row. I drove the Beetle straight to the dealer and said gimme any kind of gray car, I don't care what, and he pointed to a gray VW Rabbit and I said I'll take it. It's an automatic and more sedate to drive and the color doesn't scream Look At Me!, not a ticket since. I like that tan convertible Beetle. Just watch yourself if you get it, because it draws attention. People seem to think you're going to be some happy hippy when they see a Beetle, too, so if you drive like a bat outta hell cursing like a sailor like I did, it's kind of incongruent.

My first car:

My second car:

My third car:
2010-mazda-RX-8.jpg

(Actually third and fourth car. :))

Why the RX-8? One reason is it's the only production vehicle in the world that uses a rotary engine:

SS, thought I would give you the return opportunity to take a run at my taste. :)

 ENTJ style!

It satisfies Te practicality too, as well as pampers Se-tert desires.

There are better, faster cars. More cost effective and practical ones too. But at least this one's within reason for dream car.

If there were no traffic rules i would not mind driving something like these on the road:

To the shops or cruisin:

A dragster would be awesome mostly because of the sound. The fear. And the Brutal power.

To stand close to them before they go is a must do before you die. Its SO brutal. You can`t even look properly on them because your eyes are vibrating.

Listening to engines makes my skin stand sometimes.

Id take this one instantly. Lamborgini. oh the sound!

To be fair to Silly, this is the car I've been thinking about getting:

Audi-S5.jpg

Very nice. My previous car was an A-4, and while I loved the look and the drive, there were some longevity and quality problems I really didn't like so I went from German to Asian, haven't looked back.

Always loved these cars since I was a bit younger and figured while I'm stuck in one spot for now, get it out of the way. I really need to clean it. Snow+mobile suitcase=INTP car.

I also have inferior Se...

So, what do you think of THIS car:

83Delorean.jpg

I loved the style the moment from the first time I saw it in Back to the Future.

Although, to be honest, I have no desire to drive a car. I'm content to use public transportation. But if I did want to drive, and I could have my car look like anything I wanted, that's what it would look like.

Does anyone else like this car?

Hell, yes!

You'll see the car I've been looking at below, but I hesitate to do so because I don't want to give up what my truck gives me: height and freedom.

I can see over almost everything else on the road, and when was the last time you went over a center divider just to take a quick u-turn?

Speed bump?

Big dip you're afraid of bottoming out on??

Small child, old lady, big cat???

With my truck, no need to slow down for anything...

1967-forsd-mustang-eleanor-movie-car-csv-bruckheimer-cover.jpg

No, I'm not.

The '67 Shelby GT500 has been my dream car since I was 15.

Truth be told, I actually wanted to buy a Shelby GT Convertible minus the racing stripe. That is a fun car. It was between that and the Porsche. The problem is Mustangs are terrible in the snow, so I decided on the practical alternative.

Oh and I have always liked these cars - always. So I was apparently a douche by the time I was 15 and had a picture of that Mustang up in my room.

That's Eleanor, isn't it?

It is.

My appreciation predated the movie, but she is quite a specimen.

My third car:
2010-mazda-RX-8.jpg

(Actually third and fourth car. :))

Two Rx-8s in a row?

Was that because the rotary engine wore out?

I love the old Rx-7s, man. One of my favorites back in high school.

Rotary engines are sweet, but they just seem to wear down a little too fast...

I like this car, but I'm going to end up buying a more sensible A4 instead.

brilliant-black.jpg

I am still considering a 4...

It's between a 4 and a 5...

This is my ideal car:

car_photo_213628_7.jpg

Very nice.

Aston Martin, right?

What model is it?

SS, thought I would give you the return opportunity to take a run at my taste. :)

^ Next car

I told you the ENTJs are worse...

That second one looks like a Floridian's sense of style shit all over an Audi...

Silly...make it stop, this is becoming a frigging car porn show!

Like I told Silly recently: you ENFPs get these ideas, but you don't properly think through the consequences...

:alttongue:

I also have inferior Se...

So, what do you think of THIS car:

83Delorean.jpg

Perfect example of why I said "Te, Se Fail".

This satisfies the inferior Se, but would not satisfy Te.

Nevertheless, you have to appreciate DeLorean's every time you see them.

They're ridiculous, but hilariously so; always an eye-catcher...
