i think this makes perfect sense if you go back to my RoE model where the E-I attribute of a function is a gradual curve rather then a dichotomy.

Apparently I'm closest to INTP, although it gave me ENTP as a possible other type, along with ISTP.

If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: INTP, or ESTP

There ya go

Summary Analysis of Profile
By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive processes, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: ENTP

Lead (Dominant) Process
Extraverted Intuiting (Ne): Exploring the emerging patterns. Wondering about patterns of interaction across various situations. Checking what hypotheses and meanings fit best. Trusting what emerges as you shift a situation’s dynamics.

Support (Auxilliary) Process
Introverted Thinking (Ti): Gaining leverage (influence) using a framework. Detaching to study a situation from different angles and fit it to a theory, framework or principle. Checking for accuracy. Using leverage to solve the problem.

If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: INTP, or ENFJ

If these results are different from what you know of yourself, you might consider why your developmental pattern does not align with your expectation. You might also consider exploring this result as a possible better fit.

The Four Temperaments
Corresponding best-fit temperaments based on your profile: Theorist; secondly Catalyst; then Improviser; and lastly, Stabilizer.

Whoa! You and I have very similar results. You know what this means don't you? You are my long lost evil twin brother! :D :hug: :hug:

I see where it says "If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: INTP, or ENFJ", and that makes sense.

Interesting. I've never met an ENTP woman that's like myself.

My type is ENTP.....

yeah I would say ENFJ subtype with your Fe being so ridiculously high and your Se being high. One of the nfj types. No sfj subtype and no fp subtypes either, nor stj.

ENTJ, followed by INTJ and ENTP

FUNCTION SCORES (descending order)

Te = 47.8 (Excellent Use)
Ni
Ti
Ne
Se (good)
Fi (limited)
Fe
Si = 6.2 (Unused) :laugh:

Anyway, since I'm reasonably certain that I'm an ENxP, it got it right at its 3rd guess.

So many excellent T users around you wonder why so many dumb people run around on an average day.

Same applies for the excellent usage of F functions partly in this thread and the NF cognitive functions test. If you then think about the moral greyzones we have, like abortion is evil, gay marriage is evil and so on, you wonder where all this "excellent users" really are on an average day :dry:

Took a different one and got this:

Extroverted Intuition (Ne) ||||||||||||||||||||||||||| 12.61
Introverted Intuition (Ni) |||||||||||||||||||||||| 11.255
Introverted Thinking (Ti) |||||||||||||||||||||||| 11.22
Extroverted Feeling (Fe) ||||||||||||| 5.75
Extroverted Thinking (Te) |||||||||| 4.39
Introverted Feeling (Fi) ||||| 1.62
Extroverted Sensation (Se) ||| 0.57
Introverted Sensation (Si) || -0.23 (lol)

Based on your cognitive functions, your type is most likely:
Most Likely: ENTP
or Second Possibility: INFJ
or Third Possibility: INTP

INFJ lol.

Typical ENTP according to MBTI theory...

------

Cognitive Process Level of Development (Preference, Skill and Frequency of Use)
extraverted Sensing (Se) ************************* (25.9)
average use
introverted Sensing (Si) ***** (5.9)
unused
extraverted Intuiting (Ne) ********************************************* (45.7)
excellent use
introverted Intuiting (Ni) **************************** (28.7)
average use
extraverted Thinking (Te) **************************** (28.4)
average use
introverted Thinking (Ti) ********************************************* (45)
excellent use
extraverted Feeling (Fe) *************************************** (39.2)
excellent use
introverted Feeling (Fi) ******************** (20.6)
limited use

-----

And I'd say that for ENTPs, age is a huge factor to take into account. Teens or immature ENTPs usually have no Fe whatsoever... Or they are just INTPs pretending to have a social life...
