Also as ENFPer said, it's really hard to believe someone would go that far, regardless of type but especially for an ENFP.
ENPs, in general, are pretty independent and ENFPS are as afraid of need in others as their ENTP counterparts. This seems fairly commonly expressed in most profiles. In my experience, we're much more competent at smothering our long-established peeps and romantic interests with affection than trying to chase down ex-friends. My experience with ENPs is that we consistently have short attention spans....
