Why is Te always the bad guy and Fi the helpless damsel to be rescued? Fantasy heroes need to find their true love and follow their heart in order to destroy the bad guy who destroys everything in the name of efficiency. Wonkavision's picture of the functions depicts Te as the devil and Fi as the angel. In my short story about Rick it's initially Te who creates the problems and has to change its ways.

I will write something with a bad Fi and a good Te! A fantasy story where the hero has to stop following his heart and start doing things efficiently in order to defeat a bad guy who destroys everything in the name of love :D

Thanks. I won't start it now, though... I've started on another novel idea I've posted in this thread, the superhero one.
But still, I guess none of my stories feature the "Fi good Te bad" fantasy these... with all those ESTJ heroes :D

My next hero is an ISFJ :D

All right, this has been bothering me for a while. Can the title of the thread be changed, omitting either 'lately' or 'last' from it?

As a part of and member of the Department of Redundancy Department, I myself categorically and distinctly deny and negate your denial and negation.

My idea for today while waiting at the bus stop:

I live in a bad neighbourhood, like ghetto of the ghettos supposedly. Honestly, I can't actually tell, despite people repeatedly say this to me. "Just look around!" I do and I don't get it... but from all these warnings, I am a lil concerned of muggings.

I then got to thinking, I need some way to defend myself. Mace doesn't work on alot of people, pepper spray is not easy to get ahold of anymore due to people abusing it around here, a gun's virtually useless in close combat, and I might be too scared to use a knife, which may not work anyway all that well.

So I gots to thinking... I have a rather nice furry scarf I use alot of the time... and since I sewed it togeather myself with artificial fur, I happen to know it's hollow inside.

So I gots to thinking... a chain, a handle, a metal ball at the end... maybe spiked but I'd have to wear it so wouldn't want it to be sharp so just square metal pegs maybe rounded a bit, so they wouldn't hurt to lightly rest against me but would hurt like hell if used with force... attach the chain on the inside with sewing it into the sides of the scarf, and attach a ring near the top to keep the head from flopping about inside of the scarf, getting tangled and ruining it... and yeu'd have quite a stunning looking piece of clothing to wear, with an equally lovely morning star built into it as a concealed weapon.

See someone be immune to THAT mace >.>

Idea being yeu just raise yeur hands in defense, start taking yeur scarf off, looking like yeu're about to hand it to them then WHAP, 5 lb metal ball to the head. Teach yeu to try to mug me >=O

Of course I'll probably never do anything with the idea. Oh well. Still neat to think about.

My latest idea: Allow for a second society to operate at night. That way, we can make a decision about whether we want to be night people or day people. Night people would work 8 pm to like 4 am rather than 8 am to 4 pm. Restaraunts, stores, doctor's offices, schools, etc. could all have 2 sets of operation hours, one for the night people and one for the day people.

We are no longer constrained by sunlight, and we have it in our means (technologically-speaking) to no longer be so oppresive to those who prefer the night. Let's break through the confines of nature and show Mother Earth who really is the boss!

People pay a monthly fee for compensation in case of a parking ticket. I'd probably set up plans, so the more money you pay us, the more parking ticket's we'll compensate in a month. Either that or give subscribers an 'allowance' they can use for parking tickets. Restrictions would have to apply definitely.

Maybe I should say 'parking ticket insurance' to clarify
I'd totally buy speeding ticket insurance.

Do not... make me... decide...:steam:

I want it all! I am both, darn you.

The last lately crazy ideas I had had something to do with the space between snow flakes being like the space between stars- even if a snowflake gets caught by an air current and moves away from its path, it still keeps the same amount of distance away from other snowflakes. Anyway it made me think of stars and I was wondering if there were similar properties coming into play (I have zero math/science knowledge so don't scoff too much, please.)

Also... Wii date. You can set up an ideal date situation and interact with it on screen. It can be romantic movie/comedy related- say 'Under the Tuscan Sun' theme or something equally terrible cheesy or custom made by you- Paris outdoor cafe... glass of wine... tango... you name it. You could also replay break-up dates and you can be the one doing the breaking up vs the other way around. A vengeance sort of thing, or a cathartic experience, whatever. You decide. And then of course there's Wii porn.

Wii ball boys! I want to be the one running to get the errant tennis balls.

A spring-loaded hanger so you don't have to unbutton and re-button shirts when you hang them up.

There's a few of many.

Comes (cums?) complete with an interactive dildo that plugs right into the Wii remote (among other things). Refillable with water for a more authentic experience.

That Congress is self-sabotaging themselves and their country in the same way a young girl sabotages her relationships because they have a vision of destruction, and, related to that, that depression and sadness are addictive. Even though people say they want to move on, they don't. Often times they just want to try, fail, and feel sad again.

Can anyone help me making a Ne harness?

I've had 10-ish novel ideas since last week (ie since my novel is completed). I've written little beginnings to all of them. There are problems further on the road, and I need good crazy Ne ideas to solve them. But my good crazy Ne is spawning NEW novel ideas instead...
Just sift through them until something logical appears, like usual?

I was trying to remember all the insane ideas I've thought up in the past few weeks, but I forgot (again). All I can remember is

-Tapping black holes for energy
-100% plastic guns (I figure it's feasible since plastic explosives exist), invisible to metal detectors
-The method for not dripping on the floor or the toilet bowl when you piss.

I've been playing an "escape the room game". It frustrated the heck out of me! Why can't I use the file on the padlock? For the padlock you needed the key, for the iron bars you needed the file. Also, why do you lose an item as soon as you use it? You unscrew four screws and poof, screwdriver gone. When there are more screws, you need to find another one...

They are supposedly meant to solve by lateral thinking, but actually you need to solve it by trial and error until you find the one and only solution to the thing! Moreover, once you've solved it, the game is spoiled for you.

I want to program an escape puzzle generator. You can save the puzzle it made, so that you can try to solve it multiple times, but when you've solved it, you can ask it to make a new one. There is a database of "locks" and "keys". You can open the wooden chest with the key, but also with the axe, the crowbar... You can't open the iron chest with the axe, but you can with the key, the welding machine,...

Not an ENTP as you can see, but...

- I once thought of generating energy using a magnet rotating inside a metal wheel, with magnetic material on the outside so it would follow the magnet around the wheel and create friction with the copper wire inside the tube of the wheel, hopefully generating more electricity than it uses. Probably would not work.

- When I was 8, I invented the laundry choute, unaware that it already existed

-Using electromagnetism to repel charged car bases from the bottom and sides of grids so they would avoid other similarly charged cars and the edges, and could have little jets to move around. Hopefully fuel efficient. If only it wouldn't cost hundreds of billions of dollars to convert just one city.

- I also devised a plan to get to Neverland the other week. You simply keep repeating the phrase "Fairies aren't real." until half of the population drops dead and Peter Pan comes and tells you to quit it, at which point you handcuff yourself to him.
"Oh shit." says Pan.

Oh yeah. I also came up with this crazy idea that politicians should start making carefully planned decisions rather than laughing when they insult each other and all yelling at each other at the same time. Oh I know, it's silly, isn't it.
