When I am feeling irritable, I tend to become more blunt rather than more sarcastic. The bluntness generally keeps people away and disinterested in conversation, which is what I want, minimal contact. The bluntness is borderline rude but not rude enough to cause problems between myself and others, as I dislike dealing with the drama that can result from that sort of behavior...

I become a silent hermit that may or may not like you but definitely doesn't want to converse.

This is the perfect description.

And (in my opinion at least) an unhealthy INTJ's "realism" becomes "pessimism" (Not to say that all pessimists are unhealthy)

First of all ,there is no such a thing as unhealthy type. It is how we react to stressfull situations! If you are under stress you will use only your primary function! So if you are INxJ you will be blindness or cereless cuz Ni will say to you:"This is it!!!" and all other functions wil be muted! If stress overhelm you your inferior function becomes your primary function so you will act as ESxP. I am INTJ-T/RLOEI by the way/ :)

There's no such thing as no such thing. It's a thing because it exists in someone's mind. The 'thing' may or may not be true. Other than that, I agree.

I write "such a thing" when I want to say something expressive. In this case I want to say that all "unhealthy type" story has no point at all because they don't exist.

PS: In someone mind also unicorns exist...
