Yes. I already do that. I attune to people and present myself as being far more professional and attentive than I actually am. I'm not saying I'd lie on my resume, but we've all got to play "the game".

I definitely try to appear more organized and attentive to details. I think I do a better job faking organization than being super structured with my record keeping and therapy plans. All you need to do is observe me a couple of times to know I'm running on intuition and following the student's lead. I happen to think that makes me a very effective therapist though :D It doesn't serve me as well when I'm dealing with mounds of tedious paperwork. That's when I'm likely to bite, cry, and/or try to run away, haha. I try to keep those times under the radar.
