Well that’s just one aspect of the relationship. The balance and compliment from being different is phenomenal in other areas. We also extravert and introvert the same functions, which leads to similar communication styles. Every relationship has its areas of compromise. It would be the same with another N type or even another INFP (barf), it’s just the specific area of compromise would be different than with an S type.
