Why is 4w5 NOT number one for INFP huh? INFJ is more likely to be 1w9 or 2w1 before 4w5.

Yes, it's possible. I think they are more often 8w9 than 8w7 or 7w8, but not necessarly more often thant 7w6.

They are very likely to be indolent who supress their own position to be a peacemaker who get along to get along and not assert themselves.

I have recently got that book "The Wisdom of the Enneagram: The complete guide to psychological and spiritual growth for the the nine personality types"

Usually I score much higher on 4, but with their self-assessment I scored higher on 5. So now I'm confused about whether I'm 4w5 or 5w4.

I love books and I'm fairly isolated, but I rarely read a book through anymore. Listening to videos of fours and other things, I think I'm still a four, but my 5 wing is very strong.

I really can't seem to grasp any kind of general vibe of INFJs. I've seen some that look like INFPs, INTJs, INTPs, ENFJs, ISFPs, ISFJs and even 2 that looked like an ESTP and an ENTJ. Ni/Fe doesn't seem to manifest itself in any particular pattern from person to person

I see what you mean, although I think the manifestation of any set of functions ultimately depends on the person. For any given MBTI type, I feel like there could be several subtypes (maybe enneagram influenced?). In the case of INFJ, though, there does seem to be a lot of variation. I've come across several who are radically different. Some are overbearing and aggressive, some are unconventional and artistic, others are quiet and bookish, while still others are diplomatic and nurturing...it all just depends. I do a lot of things that would probably be considered un-INFJ-like, but I have no doubt about my type.

I think you were right when you listed 1w9 and 4w5. But then, I would say that.

I'm moving 7w6 up from spot 10 to spot 8. I think a lot of INFP 7s mistype as 4s or 9s because they think "I'm not extroverted enough to be a 7." also, I've deleted 2w1 because I already had 10 types

Ron Paul is Fe as hell.

I had seen a few interview of him before, and I had the vague impression that he was NFJ. However in the interview he says "I'm always ready for my life to change", so he is an NP. But also "I'm always waiting for it to change". I think an ENFP would be more "I'm always initiating for change".

Also he said "[Kristen Stewart] will decide [what she thinks of] someone a lot quicker [than I will]. ... She's like, 'You're an idiot and I don't want to talk to you,' [whereas] I'm like, 'I'm an idiot too!' So I'll talk to an idiot for days before deciding."

So it seems that even if Robert P has poor Si, his repressed function is more Te, an hard time to take decisions based on logic and quickly judge of the logical consistency in the external environment and in people. By opposition with the Te-dom Kristen S.

He uses a lot of Ne to confuse Barbara Walters in the video, gently propose her to see things differently "dear Barbara, our conception of democracy is simply not the same, blablabla", but he's not an ENTP, so he doesn't want to stay too much on definitions of the word "there's more important problems in the world that a debate about the definition of what democracy is blablabla".

Actually, he made a good arguing, even if it was possible to counter him quite easily.

I also remarked that Barbara W is hotter at 77 than at 47. It's weird and creepy.

that said, I'm 8w7 for him rather than 8w9

He's all round and very mellow with a lot of sloth. Sounds more 8w9 for me.

I'm pretty sure you don't understand Fe. Fe is a judging function, and INFJ are IJ so Fe and INFJ are potentially as much uncompromising and stubborn than INFP and Fi. Fi is about the personal values, Ron Paul is not libertarian because it's his personal values, but because he relates on the external values and long run tradition of the Constitution and of libertarianism.

FP are at least as changing with the times than FJ, since they are perceivers and opened to new ideas. They are also as much opprtunistic politicians than the FJ politicians. Bil Clinton is an ESFP, he is changing, versatile and opportunistic. Ronald Reagan was an ENFJ, and was far less versatile and not opportunistic, relying with constance on external values and an external ideal.

Fi users can have a strong sense of value built on their own. However, Ron Paul relate on external principles and values, not his very personal ones. We don't know really what his personal values are, and when we ask him about this, he don't consider what he psersonally think as important. Also, FPs avoid to relate on an external conception of morality but identify on their raw, strong emotional reaction of what "feels" right at the moment. That's not what Ron Paul do.

Also, Ron P has no Ne, and don't repress Te. So he's not INFP, but INFJ.
