The word "stubborn" has a negative connotation, perhaps used by someone who favors flexibility and fluidity, like the Ps.
INFJs might prefer words like "resolved" or "committed" or "determined" or "persevering", which have positive connotations.
So yes, I am resolved, committed, determined and persevering about issues that are important to me.

I'm a very reasonable person. If you're right, or I don't have any particular stake in what is being asked/proposed/done, or if it doesn't matter, I'm not stubborn at all.

If I know I'm right, and it's important, I'm about as flexible as a chunk of granite.

So add number 17 to your list xD

as it stands, it's 17 stubborn, 2 "sort of" and one "not at all" for the INFJ's
