Highly quotable :rofl1: And I totally do that too!

Library disorganized--check
clothes piled up that are in purgatory--check

plus,

socks never folded
dustbunnies in all the corners (i don't see them!)
windows need washing
washing machine and dryer are covered in some sort of sticky goo from the laundry detergent that gets everywhere and turns a dark shade of grey, yet I don't clean it up!

see, i never do any of those things, i hate cobwebs and my clothes, while not washed as well as i'd like, still retain their shape (unless they shrink, like my favorite sweater happened to do the other day :( but i continue to learn how to incorporate washing into my schedule of important tasks, done well. in fact i'm learning to start a good fire in my fireplace.) things take time with me that's all.:blush::blush:

Well, everone's different. Might depend on the N factor? I know a (supposed) INFJ irl who is very clean and would never tolerate dustbunnies or dirty laundry. I'm used to not fitting the INFJ mold around here. Not sure how other INFJs are regarding cleanliness..........

aren't i?

Well, I'm pretty outspoken and I talk fast. I believe I do seek energy from relating to other people, whether it's IRL or on-line. The thing is, I spend so much time alone that I thought there's no way I could be an extrovert.

One of the things that I understand about ENFP is that we're not as extroverted as some other extroverts, so that makes sense for me.

If you're an ENFJ, I'm guessing you don't like to be alone much. What makes you say you're an extrovert? I can't really tell from the limited number of posts by you I've read.

Yeah, that sounds right. I read somewhere (probably 'please understand me II) that intuitives are introspective, that may have something to do with it. There's also a whole heap of other factors that could lead to one being a less socialistic extravert, one such being the enneagram (which looks at your motives, for example, if you're a extraverted E4, your motive would be to be unique, which has nothing to do with other people... unless you rely on others to make yourself unique, which defines the average health level)

Now... what's this thread about...

Marm, your cat avatar makes me smile :)

:hi: Howdy. I'm the worst J ever. Nice to meet you. :D And yes, I do think you are rare. We're all unique, just like everybody else. ;)

Except for Unique,

I'm an INFJ with a very weak 'J'...

INFJ/INFP like person... considering that they're both very rare by themselves.:coffee:

Do you think I am rare - or are there any other people like me on here?

Do you wish to be true to yourself? One with everything, and have everything flowing and peaceful? (Fi)

Or do you wish others to be peaceful and harmonious? (Fe) That's the difference on the feeling sides of things.

Do you ever combine things that don't fit just for fun? (Ne)

*fails to remember what Ni is but remembers that it's similar to Ne but subtly different*

Ha ha...ok. I tested INFJ like the first five times I took an MBTI test. I looked at my results on one version, and it said I was "J" by one whole point! I also test as INFP and ENFP. I've had a hell of a time typing myself, but learning about functions really helped me to understand why I'm probably not really an INFJ.

I also test INFJ sometimes also because I can be planned and organized to an extent (it has a lot to do with whether I CARE or not). I also test INTP sometimes because the Feeling answers are often very Fe biased (to me anyway). Testing is just a starting point, IMO.

To the OP, please read up on the functions if you haven't, because J/P are not functions, but they determine what your functions are. A lot of J/P stereotypes are just that - stereotypes.

INFJs and INFPs have totally different functions; although on the surface, at first glance, they seem similar, the functions make for two very different personalities. I personally feel like determining if you're Fi-dom over Fe-aux is the easiest way to know.

dude, that's totally Ne, isn't it? I don't do that.

Ne's more breaking something apart to figure out how it works, and then either remake it, or improve it using known principles. Ni is simply breaking it apart so it can be reassembled into something yet undetermined.

What is broken apart depends on a person's preferences (N or F)

Yeah, I could see that. Making it into something totally different after breaking it apart. Just read it differently. :)
