Can't believe I'm the one doing this but:

Definition ethereal:

Characterized by lightness and insubstantiality; intangible. NFP?
Highly refined; delicate. See synonyms at airy. NFJ?

Of the celestial spheres; heavenly. NFJ?
Not of this world; spiritual. NFP?
Chemistry. Of or relating to ether.

Hm. Don't see it that way.
Mine would look more like...

AHH!
Whoever said infps are more like Tinkerbell than angels is ridiculous. Just because the perceiving function is present does not mean we're all running around happy all the time and acting like crack bunnies.

People sometimes ask if I'm a dancer because of my movements. (I am not, i have two left feet. Lol.)

Obviously they haven't seen me bump into random objects (which happens quite often btw.)

I don't know about gracefulness or elegance, but I find that NFPs tend to have a far off, dreamy quality in their eyes that some people may interpret as "ethereal". Even if we are just thinking about what to eat for lunch.

^^ Yes, I do identify with the spacey look. Sounds so much better when described as ethereal/ephemeral...
