Hmm...the best ENFP quote I've seen was something you wrote:

"An ENFP is never going to be what you were looking for. They are everything you didn't know you wanted to find."

And here's a poem I've always loved that sounds very ENFP to me (it's probably longer than what you were looking for with this thread, but I've been waiting for a good excuse to post it somewhere :)).

The poem 'The Invitation' is amazing. I would say that this song is a little like an ENFP at their most vulnerable, when they are most open (and worn out - before their rechargable battery of life charges up to full again)

I especially love the songs of Pocahontas with regards to ENFPs. For that matter, her entire world, the way she navigates it and experiences is so ENFP that it hurts. Colours of the Wind is classic when it comes to mediating between two people, in finding a compromise, a harmony, striking a balance between two opposing views by understanding each others perspective. Loved it. Also loved her self-reflecting done with Grandmother Willow. :heart:

Actually I slightly disagree, I would say ENFPs are more ideas-based, dream-based. Love as far as it stretches to concepts and possibilities and not just hand-holding-love.

Lying with someone and sharing ideas on a grassybank or running about London with one of my ENTP best friends our ideas ricocheting off each other, or with my INFJ friend talking dreams, poetry, images. and unconditional love is a facet of mine and many ENFPs I'm sure, but I believe more in the beauty of people expressed through what they dare to dream that simply how I feel about them. Or rather what they dream about affects fundamentally how I feel about them.

that was a bit of a ramble. I hope it makes sense...

well, SecondBest did point out that it was a personal impression. but yes, i understand what you're getting at. or at least i feel something kind of similar. i think of it as, like... ENFP loves everyone before each and every person, if that makes sense.

ideas and atmospheres and nature to me carry very high importance, just like people. it's not just unconditional love for people, it's about everything and everyone connected all as one. as seeing us all as a united whole. it's pure love for the world.
