I've only known 1 in my life in real life, so this might not be the best answer... but, I'd say, the most appealing that come to mind off-hand: INTP overall sense of people, INTP bullsh*t-o-meter, very accurate thoughts on things and people, NT sound logic and most un-appealing: sometimes (usually not though) coldness or arrogance (this usually doesn't happen very often with INTPs from what I've seen though). Actually it's hard for me to do the un-appealing list because I generally am pretty fond of INTPs
