What do you think of commercials? Do you watch them, or tune them out/shut them off?

I rarely watch TV anymore, so I usually only notice them when someone is watching it in the background. I also have adblock installed on my computer, so there's that. Although, I often have to endure commercials when watching an internet video on my phone because adblock doesn't work with the browser I use, unfortunately. But once I view a commercial, it usually goes in one ear and out the other anyway.

Worst insult? I know someone once called me self-centered and immature and I guess it could be right on some level. All other insults I ever received were totally wrong

Extra week spent in Norway after a business trip. Absolutely awe-inspiring scenery, remarkable history, and a comfortingly sane way of life.

My wives grandmother. I've to always appreciate those I love, and to be kind and non-judging of them. Unfortunately she is an example of the unappreciative judging type of person. My mother-in-law in particular gets verbally abused, but no one is safe.

I've got to say I don't know what to answer to your question @Madboot - it's a little cryptic, quite frankly

I wish I had some cool, admirable story to tell that involved helping someone, but to be honest mine is kind of silly. I had to work up a lot of courage to finally break up with my ex after I'd let it drag on way too long out of fear of conflict and lack of self-confidence.

As far as stuff that's considered more conventionally brave, I've been told I'm brave for travelling alone internationally as a young woman, but I don't see it as scary at all and even sense some condescension in that attitude towards solo travel for women.
