I have really depressed weeks, I'm worried something important will happen during one of these states and I won't react like I should.

what an interesting question. i would like to experience meditation of the kind practiced by, per the claims of one author, an extremely secretive Aboriginal tribe. they are apparently able to access and cultivate latent telepathic powers, heal others through meditation, and will themselves to die when they are ready. seemingly ridiculous claims but we cannot assume we know all there is to know about the power of thought.
