Bacon, Walnut Loaf Toast, Strong Black Cold Coffee all for breakfast.

    Great day outside so far.

    My Dog is happy.

I'm going to read a chapter from Seneca's Letters To A Stoic.

I'm going watch some more Breaking Bad.

    For the Gym after that.

I wasnt on that plane which was mysteriously downed/crashed and I thank God for that.

Stir-crazy coworkers who somehow worked "fluffers" and merkins into a conversation about the merits of central steam systems for use in a vivarium.

Two-and-a-half hour conversation with an old friend. Reminiscing about the "good old days".

this afternoon, most likely for the last time, but there was nowhere else in the world i'd rather be.. i'm amazed that, even after so much time, it's still the same for me. nothing has ever been like this for me before, but hopefully it will

Nothing, yet. But throwing my attorney off a cliff would change that.

I've not been having a good day today but spending time with my brother and sister, going for coffee and a milkshake and some reading sort of took the edge of things.

Tasting my first all-grain beer, a dunkelweizen. It is, literally, one of the best beers I have ever tasted in my life, and I cracked a bottle open after only five days of carbonation. Very, very happy

The closest beer I can think of would be Schneider Aventinus from Kelheim, Germany. The flavour and aroma profile, as well as colour, are almost identical. My beer, however, is more sessionable at 5%. The resemblance surprises me as I used slightly different yeasts and malts. Anyway:
