Totally. This one's interesting, entertaining, and curious from the sidelines.. but it's a shame that we (Americans) aren't on the sidelines.

The more I talk about how I socially operate and weave around emotions and connect with people, the more I feel I am giving away all the ENFP secrets, and how we charm the crap out of you.

Maybe I'll just go into hiding for a while...can't reveal too much! Gotta keep people guessing.

Why is it that we have specific facial expressions assigned to different emotions? Like smiling when we're happy or crying when we're sad, or rolling our eyes when we're annoyed. It makes sense and I can't really imagine scowling if I received the news of my life, but it's still strange when there's so many other options out there for what we could do instead.

Nonverbal languages evolve the same way verbal ones do. It developed because it was useful, and we learn it from our parents the same way we learn words. Observation and imitation.
