    FFS.

That is all. Just FFS. Repeated in infinity.
All for ourselves, and nothing for other people, seems, in every age of the world, to have been the vile maxim of the masters of mankind.

Oh no, I'm not special enough for anything like that, I dont think that most people are. Its why they actually get experimented on by people who think they're some sort of elect or elite.

You know all the shit about losing your illusions without becoming disillusioned, optimism of the will, pessimism of the intellect, all that, its not as easy as you'd think, at least I'm learning. I think of myself even five years ago and I was much happier, much more optimistic, I thought tommorrow would be better than yesterday etc. etc. I cant think that I've been feeding my pessimism more than my optimism a la Tommorrowland's two wolves.

I'm trying to get to the point where I can just accept reality without any value judgments at all. That also means accepting a whole lot of absurdity but that's how it is, I suppose.

In somewhat related news, I wish I'd invented peanut butter. I don't even like it that much, but inventing seems like a big deal. My rep on da streetz would be much improved.

I do accept the absurdity, the greatest absurdity of all is the sheer extent to which people are oblivious and thoughtless, there are so many things that I cant believe people do, say, appear to think, without thinking WTF was I thinking/doing etc.
