    we just got our 8 boxes for the house and 40 boxes for my SO to take into the office this past Wednesday... mmmm... thin mints...

    I've usually put kalamata olives on with the lox and cream cheese... something salty makes it PERFECT!

    I used to always make a spread of kalamata olives and roasted red peppers.... it was even awesome with chicken...

    I found some hot pink olives in a store a while back- I tried them, of course- they tasted rather meaty
