Why do entp females use male avatars?

@allegorystory , @Antimony , @Qre:us (who sadly doesn't dwell here anymore as much as she used to) and @Tamske

My picture is of those famous shoes by Alexander McQueen. I admired his work and often find myself wondering off in my own thoughts thinking about having these shoes. I wouldn't ever buy or wear them though.

    Too bad he died.

I cant get anything to work.
All for ourselves, and nothing for other people, seems, in every age of the world, to have been the vile maxim of the masters of mankind.
Chapter IV, p. 448. - Adam Smith, Book 3, The Wealth of Nations

whether or not you credit psychoanalysis itself, the fact remains that we all must, to the greatest extent possible, understand one another's minds as our own; the very survival of humanity has always depended on it. - Open Culture

Because, as I say in my signature, I can't draw females. The Ne and Ti in my avatar are actually both meant to be female...
    Got questions? Ask an ENTP!
    I'm female. I just can't draw women

I'm nowhere near being an E, but I guess a blue stick figure drawing without a skirt is normally read as 'male'....I don't deliberately set out to seem male; I just pick my username & avatar for other reasons, and if they seem male, then so be it. There was a thread a few months ago questioning why posters "hide" their gender and this non-ENTP said it best:

I don't really find gender to be all that important, especially on a forum.
