my annual battle with my sister over decorating the tree made me laugh so hard I couldn't breathe

she has this hideous ornament that she bought our dad when she was something like 5 which looks like a disco ball egg and she always wants to hang it on the front of the tree... since it's hideous, I always try to hide it somewhere else where nobody can see it and she gets mad

this year I decided to hang it somewhere appropriate... right above the toilet... she was pleased because she decided that now EVERYONE can see and appreciate it

I make sandwhiches as a job, and I think it's funny that even as old as I am, I still misspell sandwhiches. I'm leaving it un-spell-corrected as proof. Also, to the point, sandwhich making is funny. There's a lot of things that go wrong behind the scenes the employees wouldn't be proud of, but still happen nonetheless. And just, people are quirky I guess. Today a lady who could've been my grandma almost spilt her drinks everywhere, along with her food, so that made me laugh. You think me cruel, this I understand, but also get that it was rather comical how she tried to hold everything all at once and think she was invincible. There's old people for you, always slightly in denial of their impending death.

I'm 60 years old. I busted out laughing when I read that last line. Didn't see that coming, but I thought it was great.

Give it a century and Danish will become a funny sounding dialect of English.
