"That's no good" when hearing somebody vent or "Are you serious?" When I hear something that is a very positive haha.

hedge words. Maybe, might, seem, perhaps, possibly.
Surely there is a large number of them in my past posts.
I don't choose them to be deceptive.
I think it comes out of a mix of :
    trying to be polite
fear of sounding harsh or know-it-all
worry about misinterpreting what someone else is communicating
and also some straight up insecurity.

"I believe..." anytime I'm going to explain something or posit a counter-theory (in which case it's usually "actually, I believe...")

"Oh shit!", any time I realize anything, no matter how banal. For example, the other day I realized the new Onion had come out while passing a newspaper box, and yelled 'Oh shit!' in response.

In the flesh, I always say "that's no good" in response to mildly bad news, too. Every once in a while I'll say "that sucks".

I also say "it happens" a lot.

    "Well, what'reyagunnado."

    "Fundamental components"

    "Underlying concepts"

    "If you look at"

    "Hm"

    "Look...."

    i say "yes" too much.
    i'm too frequently permissive.

but in seriousness i tend to keep a nifty rotation going almost all the time.
i do might say "anyway" a lot.

sometimes that's my response to a question.
i slather it in sarcasm and deliver the word with maximum force.

it's like saying "fuck your question" but using fewer syllables.

    my roommates do this:

    "really dude? really?"
and in particularly jaunty/drunken times a third or even fourth, more emphatic "really?" is employed.
i'm pretty sure one of them busted a blood vessel in a "really dude?" pissing contest.
suffice it to say, he was out of commission for some weeks.

the answer to your question is yes.
i have informed them of how silly they sound.

but they're drunk and don't care.

yes really. you just watched it happen didn't you? what are you fucking stupid? why the hell would the answer be any different the second and third times you asked? are you really asking me or is this just a load of sarcastic bullshit?
