    "Indeed"
    "Amazing"
    "Beautiful"
    "Hahaha"
    "Definitely"
    "Absolutely"

    "Completely"
    "Totally"

    "So, um...."
"Let me think about that for a minute."
    "I understand that."
    "Oh hell no/hells nah."

There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe.

In English, "you see" and "you know" and "Christ on a [ever increasingly improbable steed]".

In French, "quand même" (all the same), "ah bon" (oh, good), calling people "péquenaud" (peasant), "ventre de bîche!" and other silly archaisms like "mignarde" (uh, kinda like a Shakespearean version of "darling") and saying "ne ... point" instead of "ne ... pas". I use some Norman slang such as "cha va-t-y?" (how's it going?), but I don't think I overuse it.
I'm male and over 30, FYI.

Let's see... I used to swear too much, but I got a little better.
    Other words/phrases:

    "Just go with the flow"
    "Your face"
    "Dude"
    "What the fuck."
    "Rawr!"
    "I'm down for whatever"

And, following Halla's example, words/phrases I think too often:
    "Dumbass, dumbass, dumbass, ..."
(Insert string of swear words here)
I have an inner monologue that sounds strikingly similar to something off Animal Planet.

    "OUTSTANDING!"
    "I reckon"
any word with 'fuck' interjected into the middle of it
    "That ain't right"
    "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?"
"Hold on, lemme think about this for a minute"
    "It is what it is"
    "Meh"
    "Roger"
    "Say again, over"
"I'll remember that when I'm Supreme Overlord of the World"
"So I was thinkin'..." :launches into another fiendish (and completely absurd) plot for world domination:
"Okay, let's see if we can't bring this conversation back up to periscope depth" (usually said after I go off on a tangent and get jammed into 'deep introspection' mode)

    On the forum, it's "yeah".

I will often begin my thought with "yeah" to show that I have acknowledged what the other person has said.

The worst mistake people make in political arguments is assuming that the other side is not trying to do the right thing. This simple oversight makes productive conversation nearly impossible.
