Used too often in my mind:
    "Go fuck yourself."

Uttered too often out of my mouth:
    "Well how about that..."

Mine are always changing. Lately I've been using the words "ridiculous" and "ridiculously" at a ridiculously frequent rate (as in, that guy was ridiculously obtuse). It's become my go-to method for emphasizing the stupidity of something.

I've also used "um.." or "uh.." while responding to someone who is arguing with me, in that way that people use it to imply the following point should be obvious (I almost typed "ridiculously obvious"...). I've been on an internet forum that had a specific rule against this, since apparently it made people defensive a lot. So I've cut back on that.

'Dick' maybe. And its variations. I use it a lot to describe males I dislike.

I probably use most swear words a lot. And when I hear one used in a new form or a new way (fuckage, fuckery, fucknugget, asshat, dicktree) I often use it a lot that way for awhile. For some reason I find new variations of swearing very entertaining. I was just reading the "off-topics thread" in the graveyard a couple days ago, and I came across some poster who didn't last very long here acting flabbergasted at how "people get all asshurt" after he made some generalization about NFs in relationships. Something about that word and his general clueless tone made me snicker like a moron over that for days.

And, I can overuse some of the others that have been listed: so yeah, dude, man, anyways, well, meh...

Him:"Yo, so and so said we could come over if we want to..."

That is exactly how I say interesting. Sometimes, I am interested but I just have no comments so ... Usually, I have a comment so yeah, most of the time, it is to something stupid or just not interesting...but I just say it to uphold my end of the conversation.

Well done. mild ridicule has failed to cure me of that particular phrase. I also overuse "sort of" and "irrelevant" a bit, sometimes in tandem.

In oral French, I tend to overuse the expression "Tu vois ce que je veux dire?" (You see what I mean?) -said with a lot of explicite gestures-

And when I'm taken by surprise, my usual curseword is "Gast ar c'hast", which litterally means "Whore of whores" in Breton. The meaning is rather the same as "Fuck"+ an alliteration. Very similar: "Putaing cong", said with a deep French southwest accent (Toulousaing).
