    Other than having to watch what you eat are you doing alright? Thankfully these days there are many alternatives and food products that are gluten free are easily purchased at the grocery store.

    We had our son on a gluten free diet and the food wasn't too bad! It's all in what you get used to imo.

    I picked all of them except French and Cuban, which I haven't eaten enough food from to really tell, though I would probably like a lot of the food from those two as well, since I tend to like most types of food pretty well, except for some mostly vegetable types.

    thanks guys! I eat quite well but still miss the days when I made pasta and bread from scratch for dinner! I LOVE baking bread!

    Chinese, Italian, and Indian. But I would say that as they are the most vegetarian friendly.
