Default To do lists and life goals

Does anyone keep lists of things they want to do someday or goals they have in life? I used to regularly visit the 43Things website but it sort of got crap after they turned it into a more business orientated venture to flog the little book they made out of peoples goals.
All for ourselves, and nothing for other people, seems, in every age of the world, to have been the vile maxim of the masters of mankind.
Chapter IV, p. 448. - Adam Smith, Book 3, The Wealth of Nations

whether or not you credit psychoanalysis itself, the fact remains that we all must, to the greatest extent possible, understand one another's minds as our own; the very survival of humanity has always depended on it. - Open Culture

I've never had any physical lists of life goals or long-term detailed plans. I do keep lists of short-term goals and I might even write them down to check them out. Mostly it's all in my head, the horizon is visible and I can envision the future I'd like to reach and what I should do to get there.

I am willing to adapt to the circumstances and I'm not overly rigid with my plans because I keep an open mind about any changes that I can come up with and the turns I might take. I never intend to settle, though. Simply smooth out the bumps on the road while the destination still remains. Whether it's the same as it was when I started out, that's irrelevant as long as I am satisfied with it.

    To-do:
    - To become one of the greatest architects on earth.
    - To become an astronomer.
    - To journey towards the unknown lands. (the secrets hidden in the cave)
    - To learn how to astral project.
    - To discover the truth about our minds.
    - To make a few theories, fact.
    - To master kung-fu.
    - To master ninjutsu.
    - To master parkour.
    - To discover undiscovered organisms.
    - To make a business in architecture.
    - To marry someone who would travel with me wherever I wish.
    - To train at the top of the mountains.
    - To discover my essence.
    - To learn 5 other languages
    - To make impossible imaginations reality.

There is more if I of course remember them...

Then it is either you learnt how to astral project or make impossible imaginations reality. I'm guessing astral projection.
