I am hoping... but my sleep habits have sucked for many a year. Meh!

Time to look for that light box!

About 9-10 hours. I don't seem to be able to sleep for any longer than that anyway, I just might lay in bed for an extra couple of hours until I decide to get up. During the week I usually get less than 6 hours, because I never go to bed at a reasonable time. If I don't get enough sleep I usually function fine for most of the day, but I always get tired on the bus to and from school. I've missed my stop more than a few times.

Well over the years its gone from just needing 7 hours, to needing 10. I dont know if this has anything to do with me being used to not having to go anywhere and just sleeping or what. But I really can't get out of bed unless i have atleast 9 hours.
I'm trying to break that habbit though. For someone may age, I really should only need 7-8 hours.

Preferably 11-12 hours, but usually I only get 9-10. I feel tried all the time and have for the past 5 years =.= I even wake up tired.
