I am surprised by some of the replies on here ..

I do like comedies such as 40 year old virgin. I also really really enjoyed American psycho. Saving Private Ryan. American History X is pretty cool as well.

Then there is the period drama's .. The duchess, sense and sensibility etc etc.

P.S. I love you made me sob like a baby.

Only thing i will not watch is Horror .. Scarred from memories of being 6-9 years old and being made to watch Nightmare on Elm Street, Dawn of the Dead, Hellraiser. The Poltergeist. etc etc. Jeez dad, cheers.

I'm not sure what would be qualified as ISTJ movies given what I watch.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan. I loved the Back to the Future movies. More recent, I really liked the American Pie movies, but I'm also really into chick flicks. A Walk to Remember, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, 13 Going on 30, Legally Blonde, What Women Want, Definitely, Maybe to name a few. It's mainly romantic comedies or Sci-Fi for me.

Green Mile is good, preferred Shawshank Redemption.

But to enter the Way Back machine... I watch War Games any time I have the chance.

I'm picky when it comes to movies. Too picky. I don't like action movies that much, because most of the time I just can't get what the hell those films are about. I also don't like romantic comedies, because most of them are so clich and flaky and predicable, and most of the time I just have the feeling that the main characters don't quite deserve the love that they are "fighting" for. I only like romance when it's mysterious or dark, otherwise it's not exciting enough for me. Horrorfilms can be good, except for those Saw kind of movies, they're just like porn to me but then with violence and torture instead of sex. O what the heck, I'll give you guys a list!

Most movies that are considered to be INFJ
Most movies that are considered to be NT (WTF AM I A INxJ?!)
    Most Tim Burton movies
    Some Spaghettiwesterns
Most movies with British humor in it
    Hippie movies
    Old movies in general

Titanic (movies for desperate women in their fourties longing for a night with Leo diCaprio)
Bridget Jones (used to like this one, until my life started to look like hers a few years ago)
    Julia Roberts movies
    Nineties movies in general
Movies about stuff like strong women with cancer who leave their husbands and children because they are strong and hook up with a millionaire because he treats her with diamonds and therefor he is better than any other man and then her husband and children want her back but she doesn't come back because a strong woman is not supposed to come back and in the end she dies on a cruiseship in the carabians because she had cancer and then all the women who are watching thins movie start crying and wonder why they are not as strong as this woman.
    Robin Williams movies
    High School Musical
    Movies about cheerleaders and football
    Movies about proms
Movies about having sex with popular people to get popular yourself
    Teen movies in general
War movies that take three hours, but where the actual story just takes about twenty minutes
Movies that are sad for the sake of being sad
    Movies that are too predicable
I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

I love comedies, and some romance movies if the leading man is an introvert, I don't know why. Some teen movies, and some fantasy like pirates of the Caribbean. I'm kind of afraid to watch david lynch movies, but I'm going to watch mulholland drive tomorrow.

It was the most trying movie ever, for me, esp. because it took so damn long to get to the damn point of subtlety....subtlety /=/ time length. geez.

The one and only scene I remember from that movie, was the opening scene, where this stupid lantern was just swinging back and forth, back and forth...and I kid you not, I timed, it was like 7 minutes or so of that bullshit!
I only went for Ethan Hawke. :steam:

    INFP with grittier side:[/B]

I really liked Mary Reilly, although my ESTJ relative said it was worst movie ever and my husband thinks it is too dark. Another Victorian movie about good vs. evil.
I loved that movie, Julia Roberts and John Malcovich, right? I love his acting....and, it's the delicious kind of gothic, haunting (yup, Poe-ish) dark.

The movie was suprisingly good, as most book to movie translations leave me wanting for more....
Are you suggesting by aiming that at SJ, that they're more prone to have existential inklings or that they *should* introspect and contemplate their existential state?
