    1) I'd have tried harder to pursue an acting career, instead of waiting for work to find me.
    2) I wish I'd developed confidence and flirting skills at a younger age.
    3) I wish I'd started playing guitar at 9. (I didn't even know I wanted to play then, but I sure wish I had the benefit of all those years of experience/practice behind me.)

    Three changes:
    1. Not being as shy as I was with guys I liked.
    2. Not allowing myself to be as vulnerable and gullible as I was as a kid.
    3. Having more control over my temper as a kid.

    1. Not to marry who I did...perhaps not marry at all.
    2. Not to get involved in organized religion.
    3. To have been more insistent on getting the proper diagnosis for the symptoms I was having...the difference in being dx'd with bipolar disorder and porphyria is extreme...a potential life wrecker.

1 - September 26th 2006 .. I should of stopped him making the worst mistake ever. That's love though, lol

    1. I would've got help and put my pride aside, thereby saving not only myself from a lot of grief and heartache but by not hurting those I love.
    2. I would've never graduated high school early and quit all of my clubs and sports senior year. It really messed up a lot of things I had planned.
    3. I wouldn't have gone to school so far away from home. Running away does not solve anything.

This thread reminded me of all the great people who don't come here anymore.

    1) would have gotten a job sooner. I waited until midway through senior year HS and didn't have much saved for uni.

    2) dealt with my social anxiety issues in HS (well, I was too afraid to at the time soo )
2b) that goes for procrastination issues, too
2c) and depression issues... yeah I had a lot of issues then

    3) tried to do sports more in HS. Of course, I hated them at the time so maybe that wouldn't have been good. But ohh the wasted years I could have had in practice.

    1. I would have picked a different major. I was good at biochem but my heart wasn't into it.
    2. I wouldn't have gone into teaching after college. It burned me out after a couple years.
    3. I would have stayed longer in the few relationships I had and not running away due to insecurity or fear of committment.

    1. Choosing a different (and cheaper) college for my freshman year, so I wouldn't be stuck as a freshman now.
    2. Wish I never met certain people.
    3. Choosing a college MUCH farther away from home.
