I liked that film, despite the fact it was different to the source material (it was better in its depatures and divergence than I Am Legend for instance) but a great version of the "Paternalistic" overlords idea as opposed to the Robots kill their progenitors as in Terminator, Collossus (arguably a better idea than the Skynet thing) or The Matrix.

There was a great episode of The Outer Limits, the new series, in which there was a sex robot AI, I had some friends who got obsessed with this episode, the robot was actually meant to be a "carer" droid but with that aspect, anyway, the AI broke down and became murderous because it confused love with obsession, possessiveness, all that kit and kaboodle.

To be honest I'd me much more interested in some kind of AI that did chores rather than being some kind of 3D porno fantasy. Then again, they could go mad on the home cleaning front and crush atoms together so hard while cleaning that they nuke the block.

One of my favourite episodes too. Very much like where Westworld is heading
